Orders close Sunday, September 13. We must receive your piece by Thursday, September 18, 2026. Please ship within two business days of ordering and use a 2-day service. If your piece has not arrived by the 18th, your order will be cancelled and refunded automatically.

How to send your piece

• Place your jewelry inside a disposable pouch, Ziplock bag, or small box. Please do not send packaging that you would like to receive back.
• Pack that securely inside a shipping box (not an envelope). Make sure all sides of the box are fully taped to prevent the jewelry from slipping through during transit.
• Include your name, return address, and details of your piece and order inside the package. If you are adding Chain Letters, please indicate whether you would like the new letter placed before or after your existing letters.
• Ship insured and tracked, and send us the tracking number once your package has shipped.

Add-ons are completed by hand in our own workshop — your piece is never sent to an outside jeweler. US addresses only. Add-on service only: no repairs, resizing, or restoration. If your chain cannot accept an additional link, we will refund you and return the piece unaltered. Return shipping is insured and included.

All add-on orders ship within 6 weeks. Alphabet Diamond add-ons ship within 10 weeks.
