Orders

How do I find my order?

With every order we send an order confirmation email which is sent to the same email address that was used to make the purchase. Be sure to check all inboxes as it can sometimes make its way to spam/junk folders.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can email inquiries@k-kane.com and we are happy to update you. If your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please remember to refer to production times listed on the page for the product that you ordered to know when you can expect your order!

How do I find my tracking information?

Once your K Kane order is complete you will receive an email with your tracking number. Be sure to check all inboxes as it can sometimes make its way to spam/junk folders.

Can I cancel my order?

All K Kane pieces are custom made to order and unfortunately cannot be cancelled once we have begun. If a mistake was made while placing your order, please email us at inquiries@k-kane.com as soon as possible and we will try our best to remedy the situation.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to the highly custom nature of our pieces, all orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged with the exception of our Chain Letter Neon Bracelets. Chain Letter Neon Bracelets may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt of purchase, provided they are unworn and returned in original condition, packaging and shipping box. Please email inquiries@k-kane.com to request a return authorization number.

Can I change my address?

Please reach out to us at inquiries@k-kane.com as soon as possible with an address change. Once your order has shipped, K Kane is unable to change your address.

How long will it take for my order to be made?

Each K Kane piece is handmade to order and has its own specific production timeline. You can find your piece's lead time on its product page. If you have a gift occasion before your piece will be ready, we often recommend printing and presenting a photo of the piece with a note that it is being custom made for the recipient.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship across the US and internationally. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses at this time.

What shipping carrier do you use?

Domestic
K Kane offers complimentary FedEx ground shipping or any of FedEx’s Express shipping options for an additional charge.

International
All international orders will be shipped through USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Priority Express Mail International. Please note that when placing an International order, you are responsible for handling any local import duties, taxes and fees upon the arrival of your order.

Is signature required upon delivery?

K Kane requires a signature for all orders over $1000. If your order is less than $1000 and you are shipping to a place where packages may not be secure, we highly recommend adding a signature requirement during checkout to protect your purchase.

Product Care

How do I take care of my K Kane jewelry?

K Kane jewelry is made in the USA and subject to strict quality control requirements throughout its production. Due to it’s handmade and inherently delicate nature, it is important that you care for your jewelry according to the following guidelines:

  • Remove your jewelry prior to any activity that will put added stress on it or cause it to catch: sleeping, exercising, lifting heavy objects.
  • Take care to avoid extended exposure to water or any chemicals and products. Remove it prior to swimming, showering, putting on perfumes and lotions, etc.
  • When you are not wearing your jewelry, be sure to store it separately so that it does not get tangled or scratched by other pieces of jewelry.
  • Follow the below instructions to periodically clean your pieces.

Chain Letter Collection

CHAIN LETTER NEONS:
To prolong the life and beauty of your bracelet, please avoid extended exposure to water such as showering, swimming or exercising in it.

CHAIN LETTER NECKLACE, BRACELET, EARRINGS AND RINGS:

  1. Our K Kane Jewelry Cleaner is perfect for cleaning Chain Letter Collection pieces! We especially love the Bath variation for soaking built up dirt and grime.
OR:
  1. Use a polishing cloth to gently polish the chain and letters on your piece. (Our favorite polishing cloth can be found here)
  2. Rub each individual letter with the cloth and be careful not to tug too hard on the links that attach each letter together.
  3. Place your piece in a shallow dish and spray Windex to submerge the piece in the product. Let the Windex and piece of jewelry soak for about 20 minutes.
  4. Rinse the piece with hot water and dry with a soft cloth.

Diamond Ones & K Kane Bride Collections

  1. Our K Kane Jewelry Cleaner is perfect for cleaning Chain Letter Collection pieces! We especially love the Bath variation for soaking built up dirt and grime.
OR:
  1. Fill a small bowl with hot water and several drops of Dawn dish soap.
  2. Soak ring for 20-40 minutes, or overnight depending on how dirty your ring is.
  3. Take a soft bristled toothbrush or eyelash spoolie (our preference), apply dawn to the brush head like toothpaste, and use the brush to gently scrub the underside of your setting.
  4. If your ring is still dirty repeat steps 2-4.
  5. Rinse your ring in hot water and dry it with a soft cloth or accelerator dryer.
  6. A steamer or ultrasonic machine will greatly augment the above method. This is our favorite home steamer, and many of our clients like this ultrasonic.

DIAMOND BRITES & FINE FRIENDSHIP COLLECTIONS

Please do not let your enamel pieces come into contact with chemicals and alcohol based products such as hand sanitizers, hair sprays, perfumes, and lotions. Avoid extreme heat or cold as they can melt or crack your enamel. Light colored enamel, especially white enamel, is subject to color transfer. Enamel can also be scratched - be sure to store enamel pieces separately and carefully follow the above primary care instructions.

Cleaning Instructions:

  1. Our K Kane Jewelry Cleaner is perfect for cleaning Chain Letter Collection pieces! We especially love the Bath variation for soaking built up dirt and grime.
OR
  1. Use a very soft bristled toothbrush to gently brush your jewelry with warm water mixed with mild liquid soap such as Dawn.
  2. Rinse and dry with a soft cloth.

GRAFFITI & SIGNATURE COLLECTIONS

Please clean your pieces according to the below instructions by metal type.

RHODIUM PLATED SILVER
Rhodium plated silver can be cleaned with a solution of hot water and Dawn dish soap. Rinse and dry thoroughly after soaking!

STERLING SILVER
Sterling Silver becomes tarnished due to oxidation, which occurs for a variety of reasons such as exposure to humidity in the air, interaction with the oil on your skin, and contact with chlorinated water. To prevent your jewelry from tarnishing, store it in a clean, dry, airtight place when you are not wearing it. Tarnish can easily be removed by gently cleaning your piece with a soft silver polishing cloth. You can also soak your sterling silver pieces in a mixture of hot water and Dawn dish soap. Rinse and dry thoroughly afterwards.

SOLID GOLD
Our K Kane Jewelry Cleaner is perfect for cleaning solid gold Graffiti and Signature Collection pieces! We especially love the Bath variation for soaking built up dirt and grime. In a pinch, Windex also works! Soak, rinse with hot water and dry well!

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Affirm, ApplePay, and PayPal. Your payment is charged at the time the order is placed. Please note that we are unable to change the method of payment once the order is placed.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! You can purchase a gift card here.

How do I use a gift card?

In the checkout page you can enter your gift card’s code, which is found on the back of the card, into the coupon code field.

Will I be charged duties & taxes?

Domestic
All taxes are applied at checkout according to the state of the shipping address.

International
There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that K Kane does not have control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what these costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information please contact your local customs office.

Repairs

My K Kane piece needs to be repaired, how do I have it fixed?

If a repair is needed on your K Kane piece, please reach out to customer service at inquiries@k-kane.com to obtain a repair authorization and quote. K Kane offers complimentary repairs within 3 months of the purchase date, assuming your piece has not been subject to extenuating circumstances that have damaged it. Repair costs generally fall between $45 - $150. Once you receive a quote, please ship your pieces to the address below including a check made out to K Kane, LLC to cover the repair. We do not accept money orders. Please be sure to obtain and email us your tracking number so that we know to expect your piece.

K Kane also provides restringing for Chain Letter Neons at a flat rate of $35. Please follow the directions above.
