We offer complimentary repairs within three months of purchase for pieces that require attention, provided they have not been damaged by external factors. This timeframe allows us to ensure each piece performs as intended. In our experience, structural or mechanical issues typically present shortly after wear, while concerns that arise later are most often the result of natural wear or accidental damage.

As a small, hands-on team, we are unable to accommodate repairs beyond this three-month window. For servicing outside of this timeframe, we recommend working with a trusted local jeweler.
