From Kerrie
"I have been a customer of Kate's for many years prior to getting engaged. Her pieces are one of kind and some of her early things have such a special place in my heart. I was so elated when my boyfriend (now husband) decided to work with Kate on my engagement ring. The moment he pulled the ring out, I think I squealed with joy- yes to Bryan asking me to marry him but also due to the beauty of the ring 😊 It was and is perfect! Kate was amazing to work with through the entire process for him. Since I am often stopped and given compliments on it, I am always referring others to Kate. We also ended up working with Kate on both of our wedding bands- my husbands is engraved with our wedding date and location- Lake Como! Kate’s pieces are timeless and stunning! You will not be disappointed working with her! I hope to add K Kane pieces to my collection for years!"

Our engagement rings usually start at $15,000. We work closely with you as we source the perfect stone(s) to stay within your budget, giving recommendations on which quality elements to prioritize and which are less important if you are trying to maximize size.
What kind of stones do you use in your rings?
What kind of stones do you use in your rings?
We only work with diamonds that have been independently graded and certified by the GIA, and that come from conflict free sources. The diamonds in our rings generally fall within the D-H color, VS2+ clarity range (with the occasional SI1 depending on cut!). WITH THAT SAID - we are firm believers that a diamond’s “off paper” characteristics, meaning the ones that are not officially “graded”, are just as important to its beauty as the graded ones. A stone can have amazing graded characteristics but be lacking character in person! This is why we always recommend working with an expert you trust when buying a diamond, vs. purchasing one over the internet.
